Foreclosures in Nashville Real Estate Reported Up, Franklin Real Estate Foreclosures, Sell your home in Franklin TN
Today the Nashville Business Journal reported a headline “Nashville foreclosure filings spike in February” based upon a report from RealtyTrac, Inc for February 2010. The reported spike was in a comparison to February 2009. However foreclosures have declined compared to just last month. They article did proceed to identify that foreclosures were down more than 7% from last month and that Tennessee is ranked 23rd (about halfway down the list) in foreclosures across the nation. This was a case of editorial journalism spinning the facts to draw negative attention to a story that could have been a positive story to help boost the knowledge of the consumers about the real estate market.
