Westhaven Traditional Neighborhood Development just 3 miles west of Historic Franklin, TN has experienced substantial growth and nothing highlights that more than the news of the opening this Fall of the elementary school inside the neighborhood. Southern Land Company made a generous donation of 14 acres land so that this school could be built within the neighborhood to create a community experience for the families that live within Westhaven and the nearby communities that will also have students attending.
Pearre Creek Elementary, which will have the future address of 1811 Townsend Boulevard Franklin, TN 37064 has been named after Joshua Pearre a revolutionary War veteran that was a resident of Franklin, TN in the 1800’s. The Pearre Family relation to this school and the naming is because for decades the Pearre family resided on the land that is now known as Westhaven. The Principal has been selected, the school mascot will be the Pearre Elementary Panthers, and plans are underway for the Parent-Teacher Organization so get involved now.
