The Grumbles Team has prepared the Total Real Estate Market Overview for Westhaven Subdivision. The report can be seen below.
The number of Active homes on the market in this subdivision located 3 miles wet of downtown Franklin, Tennessee has increased this month from 84 to 92. The number of sales in a rolling 6 month period is also up from 67 to 75. These numbers are in line with the Williamson County Total Market Overview report as published in my blog. The pending ratio is lower from 9% to 5% indicating that then next 30 to 60 days will be slower in sales. The new inventory brought the average Days on Market number down for the actives but the CLOSED DOM counter was basically unchanged at around 105 days.
