Homes are Still Selling in Williamson County, albeit slower than last month for Franklin Real Estate, Nolensville Real Estate, Spring Hill Real Estate

See video on YouTube.

Homes are still selling! Just not as fast as they were a month ago. Inventory is up to 9.3 months from 6.5 months, but actual number of active properties is only up about 90 homes so fewer buyers were active in January. What does this mean? It means prices are more negotiable. HINT: A great time to make offers. Follow my blog at to see all the details of the market analysis that we perform at The Grumbles Team. Just need or want to sell, we can show you our aggressive marketing to get what you want when you want it.
