Westhaven continues to sell and resales and foreclosures are still competing with new construction in this neighborhood. The median list price is at $519,900 and the median SOLD price is at $463,950 showing a bit of a disparity and the reason some homes are still on the market. Westhaven currently has 89 properties for sale ranging from $290,000 all the way up to $1.6 million. On average homes listed for sale in Westhaven homes are being reduced about 1% of their original list price before offers are received and then during the negotiation process, another 2% of the price is negotiated out. These reductions are about half of what we normally see in the rest Williamson County, indicating a strong market in the subdivision.
